Unison presents the interpreted intent, proposed action, recipients, information, purpose, consequences, reversibility, cost, alternatives, and recovery before external or higher-risk work proceeds.

The decision matches the action

A person can confirm the exact proposal, use less information, change a recipient, select a local route, strengthen authentication, defer, or cancel. The resulting authorization applies to that operation, carries an expiration suited to its risk, and produces a content-minimized receipt.

Authority comes from the person and policy

Authenticated identity establishes whose intent is under consideration. Applicable policy resolves purpose, audience, context spaces, assurance, data classes, channels, recipients, and capability authority. When assurance or authority is incomplete, Unison explains what is required and offers an appropriate way to establish it.

Email, websites, documents, tools, and model responses enter as content with provenance. They can contribute evidence and proposed language. The authenticated person and responsible policy services retain decision authority.

Remote participation receives a disclosure decision

Remote inference includes an evaluation of eligible local routes. When an authorized remote model is selected, the disclosure decision identifies the provider, task, approved fields, purpose, retention expectations, residual metadata, and available alternatives.

Credentials travel as opaque task references through planning and inference. The capability host injects a credential only at the final transport step for the authorized operation.

Natural interaction remains reviewable

A channel or model can propose what it believes a person wants to accomplish. Confirmation can include that interpretation when ambiguity, consequence, disclosure, or risk makes shared understanding important. The person can refine the goal, context, constraints, recipient, or desired experience while preserving a natural conversational flow.
